  • Can anyone order from the clothing store?
    • Any LCHC staff may order from this store. 
  • Do I use my own money to purchase products for myself?
    • Yes, you can order personal items for yourself or a team member and have them shipped to your home. 
  • Can I customize the logo / logo placement?
    • No, the LCHC logo placement is already designed and finalized. 
    • Some items allow for personalization, e.g. your name or a team name. 
  • Can I wear any item with the LCHC logo to work? 
    • Many items are appropriate to wear to work, but please follow the LCHC Dress Code as written out in the LCHC Handbook. 
  • Will all items in the store always be available?
    • Not always, but the store company will restock as often as possible. Additionally, there may be new items added!
  • Why are some sizes unavailable for certain items? 
    • If a size is unavailable for an item, that size is temporarily out of stock and will be replenished as soon as possible. 
  • Is there a limit on how many times I order from the store? 
    • No, you can order as often as you want to. 
  • Expected shipping and delivery timeframes.
    • 2 – 3 weeks
